I never thought that we would get as many showings as we did (if I had to guess, approx. 50). I give credit to his great advertising and marketing skills, as well as his reputation with colleagues. We also used Kyle to purchase our new home. Again he was very knowledgeable and helpful on what he thought was fair and reasonable. We were able to see about 4 or 5 houses back to back in one day, which allowed us to compare them. I feel like we got a fair price and we are enjoying creating new memories in it. I highly recommend Kyle for anyone who is looking for their house to have a lot of exposure, a helpful and knowledgeable realtor who is very responsive to questions.
